GLYDE Swim Pull Buoy

Built to help swimmers improve technique, body position and upper-body strength, the GLYDE Swim Pull Buoy is an essential training tool for swimmers of all levels.

Designed to sit comfortably between the legs, the buoy helps immobilise the lower body while providing additional lift through the hips and legs. This allows swimmers to isolate the upper body, focus on stroke technique and develop stronger pulling power, improved body alignment and better hip rotation in the water.

The ergonomic shape promotes a natural body position from head to toe, helping swimmers improve symmetry and overall stroke efficiency during every session. By removing the kick and engaging the hips and core, the GLYDE Pull Buoy helps swimmers maximise upper-body training while also developing core stability and control.

Constructed from soft yet durable EVA foam, the GLYDE Pull Buoy is lightweight, comfortable and designed to minimise chafing or irritation during long training sessions. The durable foam construction maintains buoyancy while remaining soft against the skin.

Available in both Adult and Junior sizes, with the Junior version ideal for younger swimmers, smaller athletes or swimmers under 12 years old.
