Shipping policy

Please ensure all information is correct, including the selection of direct delivery or pick up from one of our stores. We may require a further payment if the incorrect shipping option is selected.

Swim Shop is committed to providing you with prompt, friendly customer service and will ensure that we dispatch your purchase as quickly as possible.

We aim to deliver local orders within New Zealand in between 3-5 working days.

International Orders may take up to 9 – 12 working days.

Please note local holidays as well, these can extend delivery times.

Swim Shop has no control of delivery time once package is collected by our Couriers, and bares no responsibility if these third party providers are unable to complete delivery but will strive to correct any delivery issues to the best of our abilities.
