I love T 3 products and who you are.
Its just weird when I order 2 x products and you send me one.
You send me the first product without explaining or without communication on what happened to the second part of my order.
It leaves me wondering if you have forgotten my order? Or if you have it on back order? Do I phone to check?
It would be really helpful to have more communication from you on my order. It was quite a wait for the first part of my order and much longer for the second part of my order. Communication is important.
I felt I paid quite a lot for delivery, and other online purchases arrive more quickly.
Otherwise - everything is great.
